Job Title: Administrative Assistant - IT Services

GENERAL FUNCTIONS: The Administrative Assistant of IT Services will primarily assist in workstation (desktop and laptop) related issues, including OA facilities maintenance and management, support various end users for daily work and conference needs.  Functions are performed with general guidance and support from the Office Administrator and IT Services Supervisor.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

  • Assist in working with internal users, provide computer and peripheral support to maximize productivity.
  • Assist in resolving various workstation problems.
  • Assist in determination and resolution of network and communications problems.
  • Assist in installing and upgrading user applications and network software.
  • Maintain equipment inventory to minimize loss.
  • Assist in various training needs.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys in conference rooms and resolve various technical assistance at attorneys’ requests.
  • Provide administrative support as directed by the IT Services Supervisor and Office Administrator.
  • Be a good backup to other colleagues within the firm’s supporting team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree in computer science or significant equivalent experience;
  • Good communication both in English and Chinese;
  • Familiar with Office Microsoft environment;
  • Able to work in a fast paced, stressful environment;
  • Able to work occasional extended hours;
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting a diverse range of workstation applications;
  • User support experience will be preferred.

Job Title: Associate - Regulatory & Governmental Affairs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years PQE in the field of dispute avoidance and resolution in China;
