MWE China Law Offices Co-Hosts an International Intellectual Property Seminar

SHANGHAI, CHINA (27 September 2007) — MWE China Law Offices is pleased to co-host “Strategies for Protection of Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution for Chinese Enterprises” with the Shanghai Intellectual Property Service Center.  The day-long intellectual property seminar will be held at the Shanghai Pudong Shangri-la Hotel on 18 October 2007.

Speakers from around the world will cover the overarching topic of protection of intellectual property rights (IPRs) and dispute resolution for People’s Republic of China (PRC) domestic enterprises in the international arena.  Breakout topics include an overview of IP litigation in China, international legal dispute and resolution for PRC domestic enterprises, patent litigation in the United States, patent portfolio development and procurement, as well as a variety of case studies including licensing strategies.
