Ken J. Huang is a partner of MWE China Law Offices based in Shanghai.
Ken focuses his practice on trial and dispute resolution, including alternative dispute resolution, international dispute resolution, intellectual property and commercial litigation and arbitration. He also counsels multinational and local Chinese companies on settlement negotiation, avoidance of potential claims and preservation of evidence during daily work.
Ken represents both Chinese and international clients with their disputes in China. With deep experience in the Chinese legal system, Ken is able to leverage his experience to assist international clients in navigating through the maze of the Chinese system.
He has successfully secured several landmark legal verdicts in China and is often sought by major foreign companies to defend their rights in China.
