The 2011 Shanghai Private Equity and Venture Capital Symposium, hosted by McDermott Will & Emery, MWE China Law Offices, Shanghai Venture Capital Association and Shanghai International Private Equity Forum and sponsored by China Entrepreneurs, was held at the Grand Hyatt Shanghai on November 8, 2011 .
