Alex Y.G. An is a partner of MWE China Law Offices based in Beijing. He has extensive experience in the areas of anti-trust, compliance, corporate, outbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, international trade, and dispute resolution. He advises both foreign and Chinese clients on many aspects of commercial agreements.
Alex has worked with US, EU, Japanese, and Korean companies on a wide range of their operations in China. Industries in which he has provided advice include the retail, chemicals, food and beverage, electronics, logistics, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
