Roy P. C. Zhu is a partner in the Corporate Advisory Practice Group of MWE China Law Offices based in Shanghai. He concentrates his practice in the areas of foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and corporate finance. Roy has successfully advised numerous multinational companies and Chinese enterprises involving a broad range of industries, including automobile, manufacturing, steel, paper, chemicals, technology development, telecommunications, retail, food, beverages and agriculture, hotel and hospitality, and consumer products.
Prior to join MWE China, Roy had over 5 years’ working experience with leading Chinese law firms in Shanghai. He is admitted to both PRC Bar and New York State Bar.
